There are a lot of mountain bike routes in Mountainous Nafpaktia, but six are the main routes which are well marked and they are:

Route:

• "Xanthia Alepou" (Blonde Fox): 3,7 km
• "Kakos Likos" (Bad Wolf): 7,35 km
• Forest route of Ano Chora: 6,1 km
• Podos – Kentriki: 16,2 km
• Ambelakiotissa – Krioneria: 17,4 km
• Elatou – Alpochori – Elatou: 23,5 km

Important: "Xanthia Alepou" and "Kakos Likos" routes are off road routes. All the others are forest roads.

"Xanthia Alepou" (Blonde Fox)
Path which starts at St John’s and ends at Ano Chora (for extremely competent mountain bikers with experience in difficult paths).

"Kakos Likos" (Bad Wolf)
Route that starts from Ano Chora it includes part of the Kakavou path and returns to Ano Chora (for very experienced mountain bikers with good knowledge of the trails you will need to carry your bike at places).
